A thrill for me to get to render my favorite slasher from my childhood. Freddy Krueger had humor, intelligence, and creative kills. What else could a kid ask for?
Original drawing done in pencil, hand painted each color layer, and colored in Photoshop CS3. 5 colors (light green, dark green, red, blue, black). Printed by the great D&L Screenprinting.
18″x24″ screen print, hand numbered, edition of 200. The print will go on sale at a random time Thursday August 4th through Mondotees.com.
